Check In: Balance of amount owing for accommodation is to be settled on arrival. Guests will be warmly welcomed to the Valley at Reception (Brice Hill Manor). Check in is from 2.00pm onwards. Early check in available (subject to other bookings).
Check Out: Suite keys are to be returned to Reception (Brice Hill Manor) on departure. Check out is by 10.30am, unless a late check out time has been arranged (late check out is subject to other bookings).

BOOKING DETAILS
A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. This can be done by credit card details over the phone (Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard, Amex, Diners), cheque or money order. Please note that Amex and Diners cards attract an additional fee: Amex: 3.25% and Diners: 3.75%. Failure to lodge a deposit will result in cancellation of the booking.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to the first date booked will be entitled to a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations notified 30 days or less and more than 14 days prior to the first date booked will forfeit the full deposit. Cancellations 14 days or less prior to the first date booked will forfeit all monies paid. Any changes made to a confirmed reservation after it has been accepted by the payment of a deposit will attract an amendment fee of $20 per request.
Other Information: Guests are requested not to smoke within the suites. We are not able to accommodate your pets. Prices are subject to change without notice. Suitable for couples only. A toilet raiser/shower chair can be provided on request.
