RESERVATION DETAILS

A deposit is required at time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Payment Methods:
Visa, MasterCard, Cash.
Amex & Diners – add card fee of 3.5%.
Cheque – strictly by prior arrangement only.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations notified more than 30 days prior to the first date booked will be entitled to a refund less 25%.  Cancellations notified 14 to 30 days prior to the first date booked will be entitled to a 50% refund of monies paid.  Cancellations notified less than 14 days will forfeit all monies paid.  Any changes made to a confirmed reservation will attract an amendment fee of $20 per request.

Other Information: Strictly no smoking within suites. We are not able to accommodate your pets. Prices are subject to change without notice. Suitable for couples only. A toilet raiser/shower chair can be provided on request.
